Sipping & Sampling

  • Sipping or tasting products before purchase is not allowed, unless the item is clearly marked as a sample or approved by staff.

  • Any beverage that has been opened, sipped, or tampered with is considered used.

Reporting an Issue (Within 3 Days)

  • If you receive a product that is damaged, leaking, expired, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of purchase or delivery.

  • Proof of purchase and photos may be required.

Exchanges (Within 7 Days)

  • Unopened and unused beverage items may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase.

  • Items must be in original condition with seals intact.

Returns & Refunds (7–14 Days)

  • Unopened and unused items may be returned within 7–14 days of purchase for a refund or store credit, subject to inspection.

  • Opened, sipped, or partially consumed items are not eligible for return or refund due to health and safety standards.

Additional Information

  • Sale or promotional items may be final sale.

  • Stars Store reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet this policy.
